General Maintenance
Our in-house Maintenance Team is dedicated to ensuring that properties are fully prepared for guests. They promptly address any issues raised and conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards. Common maintenance tasks include air conditioning repairs, water heater replacements, painting touch-ups, light bulb replacements, leak repairs, and more.
Refilling of Essentials
We ensure the provision and replenishment of all guest amenities during each check-in. This includes items such as towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, and more.
General and Deep Cleaning Services
We offer detailed General and Deep Cleaning services for properties, carried out by our fully trained and licensed cleaning team. Additionally, our team is available to provide supplementary cleaning services for guests upon request.
Cleaning and Maintenance FAQs

It is mandatory to provide basic cleaning tools such as a vacuum and a mop at the property during on-boarding. However, cleaning supplies are provided on an ongoing basis by the Kosynest cleaning team.

If any member of our team accidentally damages an item during the cleaning process, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the owner.

Cleaning expenses are typically the responsibility of the guest, with the owner covering these costs only if they are staying at the property. Conversely, maintenance is considered part of the overall upkeep of the property and is funded by the owner. However, should any damage occur due to a guest or staff member the owner will not be responsible for those associated costs.

Our objective is to resolve all maintenance issues within a few hours. We maintain a dedicated team in the primary areas of Dubai, available for call-outs at all times. While major issues may require additional time as we await necessary parts, our goal is to complete all repairs within 24 hours.

Typically, the answer is no. This is primarily because arranging third-party maintenance on short notice for guests can be quite challenging. Delays can lead to dissatisfied guests and potential refunds, while having our own teams allows us to manage timing effectively.
