The Guest Support Team handles all aspects related to guests, starting from the initial inquiry to the actual check-in, and providing assistance throughout their stay. Operating around the clock, the team is multilingual, guaranteeing top-notch support for our guests at all times.

Revenue Support Team

The Revenue Support Team plays a crucial role in managing the property's revenue, ensuring that pricing remains accurate year-round so our owners can maximize their earnings. The team adjusts pricing according to demand and supply, employing a blend of algorithms and manual tweaks. Administrative Support Team

The Admin Support Team is responsible for managing all Airbnb requirements and ensuring government compliance. They handle the backend operations of the business, which includes building access, permits, DET check-ins and check-outs, security deposits, platform-related issues, and more.

Customer Support Team

The Client Support Team manages all issues related to hosting. Whether assisting with an Owner Stay or clarifying a Monthly Statement, this team is always ready to address any inquiries. Additionally, they are responsible for renewing permits and making sure our KYC information is current.

  • Monthly statements with reservations and payout details are sent to your email by the 5th for the previous month, and payments are processed by the 10th of every month.

  • Certainly, you are welcome to book your property as long as there is availability for your dates on the calendar.
